What happened to April? Like, March was three months long, then I blinked once (1) in April and suddenly it’s May?? Unbelievable.

Between Easter sadness, uni starting again (online), and spending a lot of my free time getting into queer Asian shows, I didn’t have a lot of time to blog hop, but I still found some really good posts.

If I missed one of yours that you’re really proud of, feel free to link to it in the comments and I will check it out. In the meantime go check these amazing bloggers!

✍️ Amy wrote a Netgalley guide that is useful for both newbies and long-time bloggers;

✍️ I love “if you liked that, read that” kinds of posts, and Ellyn made one pairing Disney movies and books! Even if you haven’t watched a specific movie, you still get a recommendation through the trope breakdown and I think that’s really cool.

✍️ Speaking of breaking books down to its tropes, Charlotte wrote a post recommending different books that you might like based on specific tropes used in A Darker Shade of Magic.

✍️ Fadwa wrote a really funny post where she tries to guess the plot/tone of books from their covers. It made me laugh so much and I love this idea.

✍️ Acqua talks about one trope she’s seen in sapphic fantasy lately.

✍️ If you’re bored while hashtag staying at home, Etinosa wrote a really great post about bookish things you can do at home (other than reading).

What did you do in April? How are things where you are? I hope everyone is safe and healthy 💕
